When your purchase is processed, you will see available shipping rates and taxes on your order page.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
The order cut-off time is 10 p.m. Canadian time. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed the same day.
➣ SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries: Canada, United States, Belgium, Mexico, and France. Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days, although import and customs delays at specific destinations may extend shipping times beyond this window.
➣ Customs, duties and taxes
Kits Paradise is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). To ensure the best possible prices, items may come from Canada, the United States, Europe, China, and Mexico.
➣ Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@kitsparadise.com as soon as possible.- An order can only be cancelled 24 hours before it is processed.
- After 24 hours, you cannot cancel the order. You must request a return after receiving the goods.
