2. Please measure the circumference of your finger before purchasing and ensure the string or paper strip fits snugly, neither too loose nor too tight. (Use a thin string or paper strip for measurement. A tool that is too wide will give an inaccurate measurement.)
3. Getting Started: Use the included charging case to charge the ring. The heart rate indicator light will illuminate to confirm successful startup. You can then use the Qring app to connect the ring.
3.1. Some models have a protective film over the charging port. Please remove it before charging.
3.2. If you purchased the version with a charging case, please charge the case simultaneously upon first use.
